After basic fundamental education, there is need of such education which can improve the career oriented approach in students. Actually, this is the stage from where imagination about future starts to realize. For fulfill futuristic approach in students, the
Secondary Education Directorate
works continuously so that children can segregate their area of interest and could opt that area as a career. This Directorate is concerned for education for Std. XI-X.
In Bihar, there are 2938 high school including (+2), 1717632 students and 26631 teachers which come under secondary education directorate. The Directorate is trying to motivate the children’s ability in every aspect. But, Official Reports indicates that just a little over one-third of all children who enroll in Std. I reach Std. VIII. In a way to encourage children, several schemes have been commenced, like:
