For a common man, it is very challenging to locate and reach a new location/place from which he is not aware, especially in Government sector. It wastes his energy and most importantly, the precious time in finding the right office and also the right officers. In a state like Bihar where most of the population belongs to rural areas, it is quite difficult for citizens to get done their official works or assignments easily and on time.
In a way, to help citizens reach the correct authority in correct way, a service named “Jigyasa” has been started by Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission” (BPSM) in Aug 24 2010.
Jigyasa is a single telephone number helpline, started by Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission” (BPSM) to help the general people to locate the concerned office/officer as per their work requirement.
